Analogia

The topic of my diploma project was “analog”; the task: using all the skills I learned in two years at Werbe Design Akademie Salzburg and taking a project from zero to finish all on my own.

For my diploma project I created “Analogia”, a fictional camera store located in the viennese hipster district Neubau. Analogia combines everything an analog photographer could wish for: expert advise, high quality products and a café offering the possibility to find like-minded people.

As part of my diploma I put together a communication strategy including a detailed market analysis as well as business goals and ways to reach them. A big part of the project was to create a Corporate Identity and Corporate Design for the company. This included designing a logo, thinking of a claim, selecting images, creating a store front, designing a website etc. and finally putting it all together in form of business cards, brochures etc. and a big campaign. The logo is made out of a fingerprint and a lens to represent how unique analog photography is.

The project was awarded with the “Jury award for extraordinary creative achievements during the diploma project”.
